Q: When will the building be ready for occupancy?
A: We are on schedule to offer October 2012 occupancy.

Q: What type of pool will be available?
A: We are installing an indoor salt water pool.

Q: Will there be a jacuzzi?
A: We have complimented the pool with a jacuzzi.

Q: Do you accept pets?
A: We will be accepting cats only at this time.

Q: What kind of equipment will be in the fitness room?
A: We are planning to have a treadmill, eliptical, television, etc.

Q: Are the fireplaces electric, oil or wood?
A: The fireplaces in each unit are electric.

Q: What appliances are included?
A: We are installing a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer and microwave.

Q: You advertize air conditioned common areas, are the units?
A: We have roughed in each unit. Tenants may purchase the kits if desired.
